The sales coordinator came to the house, examined the situation, and gave me two or three different options. He returned with a sample door-panel so I could see how the finished product would look. We mailed a deposit against the option we chose, and an installation technician showed up about a week later (right on schedule) and installed, adjusted, tested the new door, and cleaned up. The door looks and works great.

Efficient service and quality of effort to ensure job was done professionally, personnel were pleasant and informative also.
